Our Favorite Children’s Books
Looking back on our unschooling year I realized....we've read a load of books! We seem to be a family of book lovers, and I am totally thrilled about this. Our son, Gabriel, managed to read 100 books between August and December of 2015! All of them just for the simple joy that reading brings him. Our Day at the Atlanta Zoo
We decided to go to the Atlanta Zoo Sunday morning. It was a lovely day, slightly overcast and in the mid 70's. It was perfect! We began our tour of the zoo with the pink flamingos. A Day in the Life of an Unschooled Scientist
Gabriel and I both woke up at 8am. He went into his "LEGO Room" to build while I made breakfast. Around 9:30am my toddler, Jade, was up and ready to get the day going.
