So what are these Harry Potter inspired STEAM challenges?
- Harry Potter Egg Drop: Can you use your wizarding skills to design a magical contraption to protect a raw egg during a high fall? We even made our egg into Harry Potter with a bit of Sharpie marker! He was the boy who lived…until the third drop!
- Aragog Spider Web: How fast can you build a spider web, like you might find in the Forbidden Forest, using one container of dental floss?
- Balloon Astronomy Tower: Use your magic to create the tallest freestanding astronomy tower out of balloons!
- Peeves the Poltergeist Rocket: Can you build and launch a whirling Peeves the Poltergeist rocket that travels the highest average distance in three trials?
- Gringotts Marble Run: Can you build a marble run similar to the Gringotts track that Harry and Hagrid rode on when visiting the underground vaults?

Keep the Potter fun going with Waldock’s Wizards and Wands! Waldock’s Wizards and Wands is a year-long study in which students will read the Harry Potter books, watch the movies, and study courses such as:

- Incantations
- Magical Creatures
- Muggle Studies
- Potions
- Spells
These courses are the subjects commonly referred to as language arts, science, history, art, and music.

Hi Steph! Thanks for reaching out to me. Have you already received your subscriber welcome email with the password to the subscriber bonuses? Once you have the password go to the subscriber bonuses tab at the top of the blog page. From there you’ll click on the large square button that says FREE Subscriber PRINTABLES. That’s where it will ask for the password. Now you’re in and can click on any link to any of the subscriber printables. Let me know if you have any other problems.
