*Disclosure: I received Atelier Homeschool Art by Arts Attack at no cost and was compensated for my time in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. I only choose to share resources that I would use with my own family and those that I believe other families will enjoy and benefit from.

My 7-year-old is a creative right brain thinker. She has this amazing gift of artistic creative invention. Her ingenious desire was present when she was still in diapers. As a result, she was painting diaper cream murals on her bedroom wall and nail polish illustrations on the bathroom floor.

I’m not even kidding, folks.

She was a precocious toddler that kept me in a constant state of exhaustion.

Like that time she painted her entire body in finger paint…

We realized early on that we could save a load of heartache and frustrations if we embraced her artistic needs. So, we’ve made sure to keep her in constant art supplies and a designated art area.

Fast forward to the present and she still needs to have a constant supply of art in her life.

Online Art Curriculum for Your Homeschool

Easy Art for Ages 4-16

All I had to do was gather the needed materials, play the instructional lesson for my daughter, and let her do her thing!

Mrs. Osternik is the art teacher for each lesson and stands before the class explaining the project and learning objectives. That means these lessons are not parent-led. Mom doesn’t have to be involved unless she wants to!

My daughter loved seeing students in the virtual art classroom performing the lesson and displaying their finished artwork. This was great at showing my daughter that everyone’s art is unique to the individual.

My kitchen table has been covered in a drop cloth and my daughter’s art supplies for days! No matter your child’s age, they will love the short video lessons and clear instructions.

Lessons usually range between 10-20 minutes in length.

We definitely jumped around using the lessons of most interest to my daughter. But I like that we have the option to dive as deeply into a lesson as we want or skip it altogether.

My daughter is having fun and enjoying a variety of lessons. Plus, she’s learning fundamental art principles and concepts.
