On Saturday my husband and I took our children to the Booth Western Museum's 12th birthday celebration. The museum is located in Cartersville, Georgia. It is dedicated to all things western as you can tell from the enormous statue at the entrance of the cowboy on the bucking bronco. On Friday I took our son, Gabriel, on a hike with a group of other homeschoolers. This hike was led by a Ranger and was going to cover the native edible plants in our area.
